Join us for a Ride

The next Purlieu Community event is the First Thursday Crit Club. We are looking at building a regular monthly event where bike riders can meet and build connections, while having some fun too.

This monthly event will start on 4th September 2025 and run on the first Thursday of each month, as long as it is dry.

The First Thursday Crit Club is an exciting event where riders can race each other on similar bikes (fixed vs fixed, geared vs geared etc) with no entry fee and no membership. All for bragging rights.

The more you race, the faster you get.

If you don't feel up to racing but want to be part of the community, come on down with your bike and some beers and get involved, learn some tricks or just perve on bikes and get to know people in the community.
